Course Overview:
Sinus lifting technique is a well-established therapeutic practice to rebuild the bone necessary for implant insertion in maxillary posterior area, when needed.
Two different sinus floor elevation’s approach be presenten: lateral and crestal, paying attention on case selection criteria and on the vantages and disadvantages of both the two techniques.
Participants will also understand the management of potential complications and how to achieve success and implant survive.
The course will also show you recently introduced implant-prosthetic rehabilitations with short and tilted implants, cantilever and mixed prosthesis, that represent therapeutic alternatives to rehabilitate an atrophic maxilla.
