This video presents the Treatment of an Edentulous Site in first premolar area.
On the basis of patients' preferences and expectations of Dental Implants, a standard loading protocol is chosen and provided.
In this case:
a normal occlusion feature was checked;
a normal bone crest is present, considering both horizontal and vertical dimensions;
A simple horizontal incision, without releasing incisions is performed for a correct access to the native bone;
the drilling phases adhere to the CLC Implant System Protocol;
a correct three-dimensional implant axis is strictly considered;
the interproximal spaces are saved by selecting a correct implant diameter. This procedure is very important to save a complete interproximal papilla volume;
a primary closure of the wound is selected and a submerged closure screw placed into the position.
